3 Ways to Support Yourself This Holiday Season:
1. Permission to Pace Yourself
Take your time with holiday preparations. Put up one decoration today, another tomorrow. Bake cookies when it feels joyful, not obligatory. The season lasts through the end of the yearâthereâs no deadline for joy. When you release the pressure to do it all at once, you actually get to enjoy the process. Thatâs what the holidays are really about.
