You aren’t broken—life has just had a way of pulling you away from your own voice. Somewhere along the road, you may have learned to shrink, to people-please, to choose what was expected instead of what was true… and now you’re feeling the quiet ache of being out of alignment with who you really are. The beautiful thing is this: nothing is “wrong” with you—there’s simply something within you ready to be remembered. If you’re craving clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose, I’d love to meet you in a Connection Call. It’s a gentle, no-pressure space to exhale, be seen, and start your intentional self-discovery—so you can come home to yourself and take your next step with confidence.
My mission: help women live intentionally
by combining
the power of self + the power of nature
This two-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with what’s already true about you. We’ll use a simple, widely trusted strengths assessment (often used in the corporate world) as a starting point—but we won’t stop at “career strengths.” Together, we’ll take a holistic look at your results and uncover the unique gifts, patterns, and potential that make you who you are. From there, you’ll craft a personal authenticity statement—words you can return to when life feels noisy or you’ve drifted from yourself. This workshop is a gentle first step into intentional life coaching: coming home to who you are, and remembering the woman you’ve always been.
How Intentional Self-Discovery Works
You stop trying to “fix yourself”. You start working with how you’re designed, then everything gets lighter. You gain clarity, momentum, confidence, and a kinder relationship with yourself.
After taking the CliftonStrengths Assessment, the truth of your results are revealed through a natural, holistic lens to help you see what’s already powerful and right about you. You start to self-trust and confidence—so you can genuinely love the woman you see in the mirror.
You’ll begin to recognize how deeply connected and aligned you truly are, and you’ll start viewing your life experiences through a new, more empowering lens. As that perspective shifts, you’ll see your unique qualities with more clarity—and learn how to use them in ways that support you, guide your choices, and help you thrive.
Take the Intentional FOCUS survey to begin or book a connection call so we can explore if we are a right fit.
We have a relaxed, supportive 45-minute conversation where we get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you here. You will be asked a few thoughtful questions about where you feel stuck, what you’re craving more of (confidence, energy, clarity, peace), and what you’ve already tried. If our conversation feels like a good fit, I’ll walk you through what working together could look like—whether that’s coaching, natural wellness support with essential oils, or a blend of both—so you can choose the path that feels most aligned.
Each coaching session is 90 minutes. We start by checking in on what’s been happening since we last talked—what’s working, what feels hard, and what you’re ready for next—then we choose a focus based on what you need most. If we’re working through Intentional Self-Discovery, we’ll explore your natural gifts, the language you use, and the patterns that keep showing up, then set clear “mile markers” with simple steps and tools that help you move forward. If we’re focusing on essential oils and natural wellness, we’ll look at what’s going on in your body and daily rhythms (sleep, stress, mood, energy, discomfort), and I’ll guide you through practical, safe ways to use oils and supportive routines to feel more balanced. Either way, you’ll leave with clarity, encouragement, and an intentional action plan you can actually follow between sessions.
