It took me a few times to figure out where my path was leading. I thought I wanted to be some big time MLM millionaire but on that journey, I figured out I was taking too many stops at places that weren't actually getting me any closer to where I wanted to be.
Don't get me wrong, if you want to build a business and you're good at strategy and false hope, an MLM is for you. But if you're good at building relationships, being authentic, and telling it like it is, you need to embrace your potential in a totally different way.
I spent a lot of my teen years trying to be "like the cool kids". I pretended to be like them and did as much as I could to fit in. The problem with that was how much I completely ignored my own feelings and ignored the things that I liked to do.
Fast forward to my adult years (pre-50) and I found that I was still trying to be that person that I thought everyone wanted me to be.
